Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm

Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm

How quick can I get my new product?

We pride ourselves on having a great relationship with our suppliers which means  our customers get their products as quick as we can get them.

Do I need insurance?

There is no legal requirement, however we suggest every customer has insurance as this enables your peace of mind, and gives us the opportunity to provide an immediate replacement should anything happen to your product.

Do you do extended warranty?

Yes we do. We offer extended warranty schemes through our trusted insurance partner, Mark Bates Ltd.

Do you do Motability?

Yes. We are an accredited Motability provider, and work with you to ensure you are making the most of your benefits and getting the best product possible to meet your needs.  We have the knowledge and experience to make sure we can get you’re the right deal.

Do you need a deposit?

No, we always look at individual situations and try to find a solution.

Can we take it away on the same day?

Yes, if we have the product you want and all financial requirements have been met.

Do you offer hire or rental mobility scooters and wheelchairs?

We like to offer all our customers opportunities to experience independence through our services and are always happy to discuss individual situations.
